Sizing Chart — How to Select the Right FES Model
- Determine your operating voltage and electrical phase available at the job site.
- Calculate square footage of the area to heat (Length × Width).
- Measure the maximum ceiling height.
- Ensure at least 10 watts/sq.ft. with good insulation. Higher ceilings require more watts/sq.ft.
- Temp rise = discharge temp minus room temp. Add room temp to temp rise from chart.

The YES Series uses the same housing design, heating elements, and controls as the FES Series — but includes a steel mounting bracket for permanent wall or ceiling installation. Ideal for facilities that need reliable, high-output electric heat without floor space dedicated to portable units.

FES Series models are available in 208V, 240V, 480V, 575V, and 600V configurations across single-phase and three-phase. The 9kW and 10kW models run on 240V single-phase and include a factory pre-wired plug. Higher kW models require hard wiring or an optional SO power cord.
